This is the OwlCrate July 2023 box. This box has items in it inspired by The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, Six Crimson Cranes, The Wrath and the Dawn, To Kill A Kingdom, Howl’s Moving Castle, Violet Made of Thorns, and Spinning Silver. These books have been added to my TBR if they weren't already there.

This is the theme card as well as the spoiler card on the back. I thought that the artwork was pretty but it was lacking in the creativity that I wanted. In other words, it could have given more.

Overall, the July 2023 Box, Break the Curse items fit the theme so well. I was delighted with each of the items, and the thought that was put into them regarding the theme, and inspired books to meet it. My favorite item this month was the sun catcher. I am so excited to hang it up and watch the sun illuminate the room. There is also a Spotify playlist, the differences between the original and exclusive cover designs, interviews, books related to the book of the month, and other excellent July releases can all be found in the themed packet.

I would definitely recommend an OwlCrate subscription to all of my book friends and readers in general. Here's the website if interested https://www.owlcrate.com August's theme is Through the Seasons, and is a romantic fae fantasy where everyone has secrets and nothing is as it seems. The protagonist of this story has to uphold her sacred oath to protect a Winter Fae, who happens to be the heir to the throne in a dangerous kingdom. However, as she gets deeper into her assignment, the more she realizes the heir she's sworn to protect just might be holding the biggest secret of all… I hope you all enjoyed this review of the July 2023 OwlCrate box. I'm excited to read Garden of the Curse- read along August 20th-27th, and use all of my themed items, some as decorations on my shelves! Happy reading :)
