July 2024 TBR

We are kicking off the new season of the year with a new set of books to read. These books are in no particular order, but all of them are books that I hope to get to this month!

The first book is Of Jade and Dragons by Amber Chen. This is the June 2024 YA OwlCrate book.

"Eighteen-year-old Aihui Ying dreams of becoming a world-class engineer like her father, but after his sudden murder, her life falls apart."

The second book is The Sins on Their Bones by Laura R. Samotin. This is OwlCrate's April Adult book.

"Dimitri Alexeyev used to be the Tzar of Novo-Svitsevo. Now, he is merely a broken man, languishing in exile after losing a devastating civil war instigated by his estranged husband, Alexey Balakin."

The third book is Lovelight Farms by B.K. Borison. This is book #1 in the Lovelight series. This is my book club's choice for the month.

"Two best friends fake date to reach their holiday happily ever after in this first romantic comedy in the Lovelight series."

The fourth book is Love, Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood.

"The many lives of theoretical physicist Elsie Hannaway have finally caught up with her."

The fifth book is Your Blood, My Bones by Kelly Andrew.

"A seductively twisted romance about loyalty, fate, the lengths we go to hide the darkest parts of ourselves . . . and the people who love those parts most of all.

The sixth book is Threads That Bind by Kika Hatzopoulou. This is book #1 in the Threads That Bind series. I am rereading this in order to be on top of everything for my read of book #2.

"Descendants of the Fates are always born in threes: one to weave, one to draw, and one to cut the threads that connect people to the things they love and to life itself."

The seventh book is Hearts That Cut by Kika Hatzopoulou. This is book #2 in the Threads That Bind series.

"It’s been five weeks since Io left Alante to follow the golden thread, and she’s no closer to finding the god on the other end."

Those are the 7 books that I have on my July TBR. Hopefully, I will be able to get through most, if not all of them, and who knows if more books will get added on. I hope everyone has a happy spring season! Looking forward to sharing my opinions about these books!
